Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining a neat and organized store environment. You will collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays appropriately
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide excellent customer service
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Conduct store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently
• Capable of lifting and stocking merchandise up to 45 pounds
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
