Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position involves merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service, work collaboratively with colleagues, and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Assist customers and communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
  • Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register
  • Capable of safely operating equipment and performing cleaning tasks
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
  • Prior retail experience is preferred
