Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a full-time Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining product displays, and ensuring the store's cleanliness.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and customer issues.
  • Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring document security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills.
  • Capable of performing general cleaning tasks and following company standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred with retail experience.
