Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a valued member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking product, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize risks.
- Follow company policies, maintain document security, and uphold confidentiality.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient cash register operation.
- Capable of safe equipment operation and general cleaning tasks.
- Interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Work independently and in a team environment efficiently.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
