Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week and starts at $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Assist customers with their shopping experience.
  • Communicate clearly with the store management team.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
