Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your focus will be on providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with team members.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Stock shelves neatly and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous service and operate a cash register.
• Capable of following company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
