Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI core values and competencies
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
- Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
- Adherence to company policies and procedures
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team
- High school diploma preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
