Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining product displays, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the store's cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays with precision and neatness.
  • Assist customers in their shopping experience by providing exceptional service.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Operate cash registers efficiently and adhere to cash policies to minimize losses.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Ability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages in accordance with state and local regulations.
