Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join Aldi's dedicated team. As a key member of our store operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers, while upholding the highest standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Merchandise and stock products, operate the cashier, and maintain the cleanliness of the store.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, collaborating with team members and communicating effectively with management.
  • Assist in inventory management, adhere to cash handling policies, and uphold company standards and procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Proficient in providing courteous service, operating cash registers, and handling equipment used in retail settings.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team environment.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
