Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key team member, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide customers with a great shopping experience.

$19.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and any related issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses.
- Follow company policies while maintaining document security and confidentiality.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Excellent customer service and cash register operation skills.
- Proficient in using equipment like hand jacks and floor scrubbers.
- Ability to perform general cleaning duties and interpret company policies.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is advantageous.
