Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key team member, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide customers with a great shopping experience.

Starting Wage

$19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Offer feedback on products, inventory, and any related issues.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses.
  • Follow company policies while maintaining document security and confidentiality.
  • Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Excellent customer service and cash register operation skills.
  • Proficient in using equipment like hand jacks and floor scrubbers.
  • Ability to perform general cleaning duties and interpret company policies.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is advantageous.
