Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a key part in providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. By collaborating with the Aldi team, you will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service and maintain a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Stock shelves, merchandise products neatly, and process customer purchases efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and assist in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash policies, operational procedures, and maintain security and confidentiality of documents.
  • Perform general cleaning duties to company standards and operate equipment safely and accurately.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficient operation of a cash register and equipment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail work experience is advantageous.
