Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, stocking products, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
  • Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products and store operations.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and other retail equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
