Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a vital member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking product, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide outstanding customer service
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
  • Follow company policies and procedures ensuring document security

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills
  • Ability to maintain store cleanliness and follow company standards
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Experience in a retail environment (preferred)
  • Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
