Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain construction equipment and tools.
• Assist skilled labor in construction tasks.
• Prepare construction sites and move materials.
• Engage in site clean-up and equipment maintenance.
• Follow instructions and prioritize safety.
• Participate in safety talks.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Minimum age of 18 with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively and perform physical labor.
• Willingness to travel 100% and work in varied weather conditions.
• Punctuality, reliability, and construction experience are preferred.

Benefits

• $17.50 - $23.50 per hour plus $100 per day per diem.
