Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Lead to join Janie and Jack LLC, a luxury children's brand. Our Sales Leads are customer-focused, providing personalized experiences and expert styling advice. You will lead the team in driving sales, maintaining store presentation, and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the team in achieving sales targets and creating authentic customer connections.
  • Maintain store presentation through stocking, remerchandising, and pricing activities.
  • Inspire and motivate the team to meet and exceed business goals.
  • Contribute ideas to drive business growth and celebrate team successes.
  • Create a positive work environment that promotes diversity, teamwork, and brand passion.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of retail sales experience with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to support various business needs, including working nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Passion for leading a team to success with authenticity and transparency.
