Responsibilities

• Lead the team in sales generation and exceptional customer service by building authentic relationships.
• Maintain store presentation through stocking, remerchandising, and price markdowns.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of retail sales experience with supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to support various tasks to meet business needs, including evening, weekend, and holiday availability.
