Responsibilities
- Manage a patient panel with various needs including acute, chronic, and well visits.
- Treat patients in-office, in testing centers, and through tele-health visits.
- Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams.
- Utilize clinical training to perform in-office procedures.
Requirements
- Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with national certification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in outpatient primary care OR 1 year of experience in outpatient primary care coupled with additional training.
- State licensed in New York by start date.
- Passion for human-centered primary care and proficiency in evidence-based medicine.

This full-time role is based in New York, NY in partnership with Mount Sinai. Applicants are considered for fair and equitable compensation with a base salary range of $127,000 to $135,000 per year. Join us in reshaping healthcare delivery and apply today!
