Field Service Technician

Job Description

Astrophysics Inc., a global leader in X-Ray security inspection systems, is seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for on-site installation, maintenance, and support for our products at customer sites nationwide. This is a full-time position based in or near El Paso, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repairs.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and reports.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and promote additional services.
• Provide technical training and support as needed.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Electronics or related field OR 2-7 years of technical support experience.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to travel and work independently.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
