Senior Construction Project Manager (Remote)

Job Description

Pyramid Global Hospitality, a leading Hotel Project Management Company, is looking for a skilled Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Vice President of Project Management, you will play a vital role in overseeing and successfully completing hotel construction projects. This position serves as a crucial link between project operations and the executive team, contributing to the continued growth of Pyramid Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Vice President in project activities.
• Oversee multiple projects led by Project Managers.
• Develop and present project budgets for executive review.
• Manage relationships with consultants, contractors, and hotel staff.
• Negotiate contracts with various project stakeholders.
• Coordinate design and construction teams.
• Review and approve project documents and invoices.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with standards.
• Provide regular project status reports to management.
• Perform other project-related tasks as required.

Requirements

• College degree in architecture, engineering, or related field.
• 10 years of progressive project management experience in hotel projects.
• Willingness to travel for project needs.
