Fitness Studio Experience Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL) to join our team at VASA Fitness. As the GFSTL, you will play a key role in creating an uplifting and inclusive fitness experience for our members. Your primary responsibilities include maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and achieving financial targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and staff talented instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
• Analyze business performance and drive results to meet or exceed financial targets and KPIs.
• Ensure STUDIO and Group Fitness attendance through managing class counts, providing instructor coaching, and reviewing and adjusting schedules quarterly.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support for instructor development.
• Create a culture of care, connection, and enthusiasm among team members and members/guests.

Requirements

• Prior experience in group fitness management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for fitness and creating a positive environment for members.
