Salary: $17.50-$19.00 per hour + Commission and Bonus Opportunities!

Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and ensure the right staffing for STUDIO and Group Fitness areas.
- Maximize STUDIO and Group Fitness usage to achieve financial targets and KPIs.
- Deliver a world-class member experience by maintaining clean, safe spaces and flawless execution of programming.
- Support ongoing instructor development through coaching, training, and mentoring.
- Ensure exceptional member and guest experience through high-energy classes that motivate, uplift, and create community.
Requirements
- Prior experience in fitness management, group fitness, or studio coordination.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, train, and develop talent.
