Fitness Studio Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Fitness Studio Lead to join VASA Fitness. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead, you will be responsible for creating an inclusive and on-trend fitness experience, maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage to deliver an exceptional member experience. Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage Group Fitness Instructors & Studio Coaches.
• Maximize STUDIO and Group Fitness usage to achieve financial targets.
• Create competitive and convenient class schedules.
• Ensure equipment and facilities are well-maintained and safe.
• Provide ongoing training and support for instructor development.
• Deliver exceptional member experience through high-energy classes.

Requirements

• Prior experience in fitness instruction or leadership role.
• Passion for fitness and creating a positive community environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to drive performance and achieve targets.
• Certifications in group fitness instruction is a plus.
