Position: Fitness Studio Lead

Salary: $17.50-$19.00 per hour + Commission and Bonus Opportunities
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Fitness Studio Lead to join our team at VASA Fitness. As the lead for our Group Fitness & Studio department, you will play a critical role in creating a positive and energetic fitness experience for our members.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and schedule Group Fitness Instructors & Studio Coaches.
- Maximize Studio and Group Fitness usage through innovative programming and class scheduling.
- Analyze performance data to drive financial targets and key performance indicators.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support for instructors and coaches.
- Ensure world-class member experiences by maintaining clean, safe, and well-equipped fitness spaces.
Requirements
- Prior experience in fitness management or leadership role.
- Certification in Group Fitness or Personal Training is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results and meet performance targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
