Full-Time Assistant Store Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a key part in managing store operations, supervising the team, and ensuring overall performance. You will be responsible for developing action plans, training employees, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Supervise day-to-day operations, escalating issues as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of retail experience.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
