Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain product displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct inventory counts and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and necessary equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
