Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and handle transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
