Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and provide excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and assist in inventory counts.
- Adhere to cash handling policies, company procedures, and ensure security and confidentiality.
- Perform physical tasks such as stocking merchandise, lifting up to 45 pounds, and general cleaning duties.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
- Competence in operating equipment and following company policies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- High school diploma preferred with retail experience desired.
