Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
- Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
- Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring document security
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
- Experience with general cleaning duties and following company policies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
