Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your collaboration with the ALDI team will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently
• Process customer purchases, maintain a clean store, and ensure merchandise displays are organized
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and any operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain cash handling policies
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Capable of performing cleaning tasks to company standards
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Previous retail experience preferred
