Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the ALDI team to provide top-notch customer service.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
- Salary: $18.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandising displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their store visit.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
