We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Job Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide outstanding customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Assist in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register
• Proficiency in operating store equipment and maintaining cleanliness standards
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
