Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. You will play a vital role in enhancing the overall customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
- Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Perform cashier duties and assist customers during their shopping journey.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational improvements.
- Execute store inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Capability to operate store equipment efficiently.
