Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking product, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
- Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment
- Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
