Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team at our store location. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and competencies in your role.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Operate cash registers, equipment, and perform general cleaning duties.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
- Capable of operating equipment and following company policies.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail experience is a plus.
