Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is merchandised and stocked, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Deliver excellent customer service and assist customers effectively during their shopping.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate with store management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management.
- Participate in store inventory counts according to guidelines.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
- Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
