Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate with store management.
• Contribute to inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to work at Aldi.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience.
• Capable of working independently and in a team setting.
