Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Assist customers with shopping and provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Maintain inventory accuracy and adhere to company cash policies
• Perform general cleaning duties and follow company procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Prior retail experience preferred
