Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Position Details

• Average Hours: 32-40 per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Implement ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
