Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are adequately stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. This position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Contribute feedback to management on products and store operations
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash-handling policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Capable of delivering prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to follow company policies, maintain cleanliness, and multitask efficiently
• Excellent communication skills and a team player
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred
