Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. This role involves performing various tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide excellent service to customers.
- Process purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure shelves are well-stocked and organized.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Contribute to inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- High school diploma preferred with retail experience as a plus.
