Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall store appearance.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies by executing M.A.P.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and ensure neat merchandise displays.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate with store management.
- Provide feedback on products, handle inventory, and ensure store security.
- Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
- Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
- Ability to follow company policies and maintain cleanliness standards.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
