Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our dedicated team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of our store to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide outstanding customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Role Overview
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Working Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store appearance
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
- Perform general cleaning duties as needed
- Handle equipment properly and follow company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to operate cash registers and equipment efficiently
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
