Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will work collaboratively with team members to ensure exceptional customer service and a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Assist customers to enhance their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and report feedback to the management team.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Capable of following company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and work experience is considered.
