Job Description

We are seeking a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with the team.
• Report product feedback, monitor inventory accuracy, and follow cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company policies while ensuring the security and confidentiality of information.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
