Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store operates smoothly and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in inventory counts.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
