Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Store Associate to join the Aldi team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, assisting customers, and providing exceptional service. You will collaborate with team members and contribute to maintaining a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in retail environment preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and retail equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
