Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the overall operations of the store.
Responsibilities
- Perform cashier duties and assist customers with their shopping experience.
- Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and provide feedback on products and customer interactions.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and customer service.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
