Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
- Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register
- Capable of safely using equipment and maintaining store cleanliness
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
