Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the essential Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) throughout your daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and store management, and provide valuable feedback on products and inventory.
- Participate in store inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures and security measures.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Proficient in prompt and courteous customer service, cash register operations, and equipment handling.
- Capable of meeting physical demands, interpreting company policies, and multitasking efficiently.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; experience in retail is a plus.
