Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and keep the store clean and tidy.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory accuracy, and store operations.
• Follow cash policies, company procedures, and uphold security measures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle customer transactions.
• Capable of physically demanding tasks including lifting and stocking merchandise.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
